4. Should you the vendor receive orders that requires shipping , then you can get your service provider to quote and ship it.
5. This site – known as popupmarketplace.co.za does not change commission per product sold and we do not presently offer on site shipping methods – rates.
6. We are a new site. so we will be taking vendor application from – July – September 2021, see more details at the bottom of this page

Is English, do not post products or services names or descriptions in any other language, or any other place on this website where your input is permitted, vendors who do not comply will have their store de-activate

Our Current Marketing plan
Managers Pick, is a daily managers choice, where you will showcase a single product/day, be it a single product or service or a new product or service. this means that it costs you around R3.00/day/product or service … and you also get
- You get a Vendors page, with a way for the customer to contact you via a form, phone, e-mail, also your address -visit you
- You get a vendor dashboard, where you receive orders, create products, setup up vendor account details, complete Company – Vendor bio section,
- Statistics page, where you can see total sales, best selling products, vendor page Hits and so on
Our Further Marketing plan
These marketing plans are based on categories that you can attach your products to, so on Monday the main site will take on the look for Cyber Monday, normal on Tuesday and so on, these are the marketing days
Play the markets – minimum discounts on products
- cyber mondays = A minimum of 10%
- wacky wednesdays = A minimum of 20%
- black friday = A minimum of 30%
- week – ends= A minimum of 40%
So on Market plan days you post the number of products, that you paid for, for example 1. 2. 3. 4, 5, 6/products/day, but on tuesdays and thursdays, you can double the amount of products you post.
Further Costs
How this works, marketing plan as described above. play the markets with 1 of our packages 2 day.
- Zinc Package – setup is Free and your virtual shop costs R99/mnth, 1st payment on signup, no contract, so its pay as you go, this is for a maximum 28-31 products/mnth. Paid by EFT
- Brass Package – setup is Free and your virtual shop costs R149/mnth, 1st payment on signup, no contract, so its pay as you go, this is for a maximum 56-62 products/mnth. Paid by EFT
- Copper Package – setup is Free and your virtual shop costs R199/mnth, 1st payment on signup, no contract, so its pay as you go, this is for a maximum 84-93 products/mnth, Paid by EFT
- Bronze Package – setup is Free and your virtual shop costs R249/mnth, 1st payment on signup, no contract, so its pay as you go, this is for a maximum 102-124 products/mnth. Paid by EFT
- Silver Package – setup is Free and your virtual shop costs R299/mnth, 1st payment on signup, no contract, so its pay as you go, this is for a maximum 130-155 products/mnth, Paid by EFT
- Gold Package – setup is Free and your virtual shop costs R349/mnth, 1st payment on signup, no contract, so its pay as you go, this is for a maximum 158-186 products/mnth. Paid by EFT
- After the 7th of each mnth you can use the coupons provided to pay pro-rata rates, contact support to get your discount, this will only apply to your first mnth and will be known as the out of sink or lets try it options
- There are no pro rata rates on data storage or back ups
- Pro rata rates do not apply to Packages 1-3, zinc, brass or copper packages
In Active accounts
Vendors data will only be kept for 7 says, then you will be given the option to delete, backup or live store your data, deleting cost nothing, backing up your store data and provide you with a CSV file – R50, live storage will cost you R50/mnth, live storage means that your data remains on the site, but it not visible to customers, pay and your account gets reactivate
as a vendor, all terms and conditions for selling your products or services, should appear in the product description area
Categories of Business or products and ideology’s
That are not permitted on this website – known as popupmarketplace.co.za
1 Any form of region to be advertised, books, cloths, pray times, food, holidays, meetings, events etc, nor any discussion about region on your blog
2. No lawyers
3. No tow truck companies
4. Any form of politics to be advertised, political parties, events etc., nor any discussion about politics on your blog
5. No Weapons to be advertised, or any discussion about weapons on your blog
6. No security companies
7. No illegal drugs
8. No Pharmaceutical companies or pharmacies
9. No secondhand goods to be sold, unless you are a business that sells, secondhand goods, like a pawnshop
10. Any product or service that doesn’t carry a warranty or guaranty, is not to be advertised
Vendors
Who continue to place product or services in the incorrect categories and sub categories, will have their store suspended. contact admin if you don’t find a category or sub categories that suits you and will see if we want that category – sub categories displayed.
Vendors & Customer Data
- All data collected throughout your site journey, will be treated as confidential, no third party will receive your data. this site is HTTPS compliant and all efforts will be made to keep your info safe and secured.
- At this point we are operating on POC – pay on collection, so only in store promotions, however you can ask the vendor to send you the product/s, the customer pays the freight bill. this might change if it is a bulk order.
- Once an order is received, the vendor can contact the customer and arrange to pay via offline EFT
- So there will be no transactions and banking account details on this site.
- The site will run in this mode for 2 – 4 mnths
- Vendors must choose EFT for all Popup Marketplace products, these products will also be sold via offline EFT, but you will receive our banking details
- Customers must choose POC as the method of payment, and wait for the vendor to contact them, to confirm the order, arrange a method of payment and if shipping is required.

First things first
- Vendor registration period = 3mnths, minimum buy in, is R110/mnth discounted to R99/mnth for the next 3 mnths. whilst Vendor registration is in progress, vendors who reg in this period, will also get a 10% discount on what ever package they choose afterwards
- Follow the link below to go to the sign up page, once there enter your e-mail and password, then choose vender or customer
- If you chose vendor, then you will be redirector to a store setup page, you can skip this process or not, follow the wizard to setup your store, if you choose customer then you will be redirected to your dashboard
- Under the site menu heading VSFronts/Vendor, find sub menu – Dashboard, then click it, once there, open it, you will be asked to enter another password, use happy
- You should now be on the Dashboard page, look for setting and start setting up your store
- Or add a product, at this point all product posted are moderated and requires the OK from admin
- All our packages are downloadable products, meaning that u get the new Dashboard passwords, T&C’s apply
